We're embarking on a journey to create an even more rewarding travel experience for you. As part of this, we have made some important changes to the programme. These FAQs will help you understand more about what is changing and how it affects you.

You may notice a few changes when you log back in to your account. It will include an improved online experience with a new Airpoints dashboard to view your membership benefits and Airpoints activity, all designed to work on your device of choice.
