Vacations - Infants, Children & Special Assistance

Infants

Vacation packages including infants (0 - 23 months) are not able to be booked online at present. To book a vacation package including infants, please contact the Air New Zealand Contact Centre on (1-800) 262 1234.

Children

Children (2 - 11 years) may be booked as part of a vacation package online provided they are travelling with an accompanying adult.

For Domestic, Tasman and Pacific flights (excluding Tahiti and Noumea) two children per adult may travel at 75% of an available adult fare, with third and subsequent children being charged at an adult fare. For travel to Tahiti, Noumea and the United States, the fare restriction of two children per adult does not apply.

Special Meals

Special inflight meals are not able to be selected when booking a vacation package online. To request a special meal, please contact the Air New Zealand Contact Centre on (1-800) 262 1234 once your booking has been made.

Special Assistance

Air New Zealand offers a range of services for customers who require special assistance. In order to provide you with the best possible service, we need to know in advance about any special requirements. This gives us time to make arrangements for you.

Special assistance requests cannot currently be processed online as part of a vacation package. To make vacation package bookings where special assistance is required, please contact the Air New Zealand Contact Centre on (1-800) 262 1234 to ensure your booking is made with the necessary supporting documentation.
